I recently purchased this vehicle from Kohey,(KK Trading).
He was very helpfull in every aspect and if I had any questions he answered
them right away.
The Landcruiser was exactly as he said it would be. I was very happy with
the excellent shape
it was in. It passed the safety check with no problem.I was living on Vancouver Island at the
time I purchased it and planned to move to Ontario shortly. I purchased
new tires for it and
hada block heater installed. It was a 2000 mile trip and I had absolutely
no problems
whatsoever along the way. The engine never missed a beat. I would certainly
not hesitate to
give Kohey the (thumbs up) and recommend his company to anyone who asks.

1991 Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ73 ZX with 91,800km 5MT -

To prospective KK Trading customers,
I am writing this letter to personally recommend Kohei's (KK Trading) services as an
exporter of JDM Toyota Land Cruisers from Japan to Canada.
I decided this past spring to buy a 1991 HZJ73 from KK Trading and in every regard
I have been exceptionally pleased with the high quality of service and attentiveness
to detail that Kohei has shown in dealing with me and in answering all of my questions
and concerns throughout this entire process.
The truck arrived on my doorstep last month in precisely the condition
described. I am
nothing short of amazed at how well this truck drives and how clean it
is inside and out,
despite it's fifteen years of age and 92,000km of travel. The truck essentially
looks and
drives as though it were new - or at least how I imagine a new HZJ73 would
look
and drive.
She's a real beauty!
At my request, Kohei had an ARB winch mount bumper and Safari Snorkel installed
on the truck while in Japan and I am very pleased with both. The installation
is clean
and to spec. If anyone has the same notion in mind, don't hesitate to get
the job done.
As planned, the first thing I had done to the truck once it landed was have the brakes
inspected by a local mechanic who has experience with these units - something that is
recommended regardless of whether the brakes have some degree of wear left in them
or not. The truck had undergone a series of thorough inspections in Japan,
including a
compression test (worth the additional expense in my opinion, if only for
piece of mind)
and the brakes showed acceptable wear remaining but I opted to have them
serviced
here all the same along with new rotors and pads up front (from the local
Toyota dealer
here in Ottawa) and I am very pleased I did. The truck brakes and steers
exceptionally
well and I have piece of mind knowing that I'm covered for a long time
to come.
When it came time for registration and safety inspection, the truck passed
with flying colours.
While the hubs were off for lubricating and inspection during the brake
job, it was discovered
that the contact brushes on the left hub sub assembly were worn and in
need of replacement.
This issue is common to later model trucks with electric locking hubs such
as the HZJ73 and
as the hub itself must be disassembled in order to diagnose the problem, it was not noticed
during routine inspection in Japan. I notified Kohei of the issue and without
hesitation or
prompting he offered to help fix the problem by sourcing, supplying and shipping all the parts
needed to rebuild the hub. Problem solved, minimal expense and time lost.
In short, I have found Kohei to be professional and accommodating in every
way and
I would not hesitate to do business with him again or recommend his services
to anyone
who is interested in importing of a JDM Land Cruiser.

| I found dealing with KK trading very easy. From the first day I showed
interest in buying a Landcruiser I found them very professional and quick
to respond to my emails. Kohei ( KK trading) would email me auction sheets
weekly of the different Landcruisers coming available that week and was
always honest about his perception of each one. Once I decided on the one
I wanted, of course, came payment. I was quite nervous to wire that amount
of money to someone I didn't know. He sent me a copy of his passport and
business license for good faith. I put a lot of trust in Kohei and he pulled
through. He then emailed me pictures of my truck in his lot. I am very
